Hello everyone and Happy Easter! I hope everyone is enjoying this extra long weekend with good company.
Many firsts happened with the making of this tart! It was the first time I have used key limes to making anything, and it was also the first time I used the grill setting on my oven! I can tell you I dithered a substantial amount over the idea before I plucked up enough nerve to slide my 99% done tart under it to brown the meringue but I think it came out splendid! 🙂 Continue reading
